Sports Trading Diary Entry 10 260312
Daily update of my sports trading progress.
This week has been a strange week football trading wise. I have continued football trading using the adapted football trading strategy that I started using at the back end of last week – the gains continue, although I have had a couple of stagnant days football trading wise due to me being on a course on Monday – continued below…
I started sports trading (mainly football matches) on Bet Fair at the beginning of February 2012.
Follow my progress in my daily (almost!) updated sports trading diary entries.
Firstly though, I missed out on a fabulous offer for new sports traders to get a free £25 bet – the first time they start sports trading on Bet Fair. So to make sure you don’t miss out on this wonderful offer;
Claim a risk free £25 free bet at Bet Fair, click Bet Fair £25 bet. Make sure when you join the site, that you use or see the code HU4XE6MTR in the relevant voucher area to get your risk free £25 bet.
If HU4XE6MTR doesn’t show in the relevant box when you are filling in the joining page, you might not get your £25 free bet and that would be a shame to miss eh?
Anyway, I attempted to describe this adapted football trading strategy to a friend at the weekend and the best I could come up with was; reduced risk gambling! Although, to be honest all football trading has it’s risks, as we are counting on 22 players who are kicking a bag of wind around not to muck things up for us, before we exit our football trade successfully!
I have also this week started testing a couple of BetFair Strategies and I will be reporting back with my findings on these as and when they prove to be profitable. To see the BetFair trading strategies check this link; BetFair Strategies.
I also this week attended the ‘first day’ of the the Bet Angel sports trading course and had the pleasure of meeting Peter Webb – as well as other fellow sports traders on the course.
The course is held in Bet Angel‘s training room, situated at their offices in the village of Hook in Hampshire.
In Bet Angel’s comfortable air conditioned and well designed training room there is ample desk space for six students. Each desk is set on it’s own with perfect view of the speaker and projector / white board etc. Each desk has ample power plugs and when using your own laptop for various tasks it’s easy to connect to the Bet Angel wifi network.
Basically once per month Bet Angel offer a free morning’s course on sports trading; you can then if you wish pay an additional £59 to attend the afternoon session; which delves deeper into using the Bet Angel software. As you can imagine you need to contact Bet Angel to get your name down for the freebie sports trading course as places fill up pretty quickly.#
I had opted to pay and stay for the afternoon sports trading session. If you so desire you can attend a further course (usually the next day) for around £400 that goes into sports trading strategies using the Bet Angel trading software.
On the day I attended, out of six ‘students’ there was a bloke who’d flown over specially from Australia to attend both day’s sports trading courses; as well as two chaps from Ireland.
Apparently it’s not unusual to find people from all over the world on these two day sports trading training courses – which obviously adds additional credibility to Bet Angel‘s sports training course.
It quickly became apparent was that of the six of us attending the course, only two of us hadn’t chosen to do the second day. The other four sports traders all had booked into a local hotel for the night. I and the other guy (I think) by the end of the day wished we had done likewise!
I plan to complete the second day of the Bet Angel course as soon as possible. Take my advice if you can; choose to do both courses and don’t feel regret at the end of the first day that you’re not coming back for the second half tomorrow!
The first day’s course was led by a guy called Tim Leal, who described himself as a full time sports trader. The second day was going to be being led by Peter Webb. During the first day, Peter Webb popped in and out from his office adjoining, clarified any points that we might have been discussing or answered questions that we came up with during our lunch break.
Tim Leal spoke informatively and easily on the subject of sports trading. He went at the pace of the slowest person of the group, which was a good thing; as it gave everyone chance to come up to speed.
He also (as he taught) was logged into the training mode of Bet Angel trading software, which uses live data from BetFair and the information he was talking on was displayed on the projector screen and also on the vdu on each individual desk.
He also invited us to log in to our own computers, load up the Bet Angel trading software and set it to training mode and trade with him or watch results as we spoke – without of course the risk of losing any money!
All in all the £59 for the afternoon session of the Bet Angel training course was good value for money in my opinion. The free version would have been good for beginners, but in all honesty you’d want to stay for the afternoon part; as we’d barely scratched the surface of the sports trading topic – apart from the basic functions of the Bet Angel / Betfair trading interface.
When you also add in the fact that you get a free lunch as well, £59 is bloody good value in my opinion for the Bet Angel sports trading training course.

The Geeks Toy
The Geeks Toy is the second betfair trading bot that I have downloaded to trial. For my review of The Geeks Toy, please read below.
The Geeks Toy is a fully functional free betfair trading software. Yep, you read that right, it is a FREE fully functional betfair trading software, that has all of the features of most of the all singing all dancing betfair trading apps that you would have to usually pay for.
If the above hasn’t already made you click on their site to download this wonderful piece of free software, then give yourself a slap around the head and head off to The Geeks Toy immediately… Ok are you back and have you downloaded it? Good, now read below for my review of The Geeks Toy.
The Geeks Toy itself is downloaded from the main website, (which is centred around a forum) at which users of The Geeks Toy post hints and tips on Bet Fair trading and attempt to help each other with strategies etc on using The Geeks Toy in order to make profitable trades on Bet Fair.
The site itself has many The Geeks Toy set-up videos and self help videos that you can watch, this makes the process of using The Geeks Toy pretty easy. To be honest, the set up and menu will be pretty familiar to users of Bet Fair and then it’s just a case of getting used to the various options that you can have showing whilst using the Bet Fair trading software.
Once you have installed The Geeks Toy, it creates a desktop icon and a start menu icon; so you can find it easily each time you want to trade on betfair. When you click on the icon, you login using your betfair username and password. The Geeks Toy is an authorised app for betfair and is listed in their directory.
I have been using The Geeks Toy now for a few days and for those of us used to using betfair, the interface is easy and intuitive. The Geeks Toy comes with a detailed help menu built in, so if there’s anything that you are unsure of when using The Geeks Toy, then assistance is just a click away.
Also The Geeks Toy software is built around right clicking with your mouse in menus that you may be unsure about, or right clicking to get a display of additional options that can be displayed / used when running the software.
Last but not least, in the top left of any menu that you are in with The Geeks Toy software, there is a question mark sign. If you need to, you can click the question mark and the software automatically opens up the help file in the relevant area of the document fully explaining the area that you are looking at. I like the fact that this opens automatically to the right and doesn’t block your view. If therefore you are in a trade and suddenly need clarification of anything with regards to the software, the trading screen doesn’t get blocked and you can refresh your memory whilst trading!
As mentioned above, The Geeks Toy website itself is built around a forum, so if there’s ever any questions about it’s use, other forum members are always at hand to help. The Geek himself is also active on the forum and answers questions posted by users and/or clarifies any answers that may have been given by other users that may be a little unclear.
I have also emailed the support / contact address for The Geeks Toy to ask a few questions, and had a reply within a day – so if there’s anything that you need further explanation on, the support for the The Geeks Toy betfair trading software is first class.
Last but not least, you can run The Geeks Toy in training mode whilst you get used to it – you can then try it out without risking any money – although as you’ll see from the image below, the first time I tried The Geeks Toy only using the minimum £2 Bet Fair trades to the total of £8, I ‘greened up’ for 82p; which is 10% interest and most definitely more than I’d have earned had I left eight quid in the bank or building society for years!
There are various options once you login to the The Geeks Toy Bet Fair trading software interface. I basically set The Geeks Toy trading software up as instructed in the help manual / videos. I then saved my set up as a profile, so I don’t have to do it again – I just click to load up my previously arranged profile on The Geeks Toy and I’m set to go.
Of course you can set The Geeks Toy up to your requirements and also enter your usual ‘back’ and ‘lay’ amounts to be saved as a default in the drop down prices area, so you don’t have to re-enter them each time you decided to enter a trade on the back or lay side.
On the left hand side of the Bet Fair trading software when The Geeks Toy is loaded up, you will find all the usual markets listed in Bet Fair that you would expect to see. To load up a market it’s basically a case of selecting it in the The Geeks Toy menu and then all the matches will open up for that market. You then choose the match that you want and this is then displayed in the main screen area. This is a bit like if you had been manually using Bet Fair and selected the current day’s Football Fixtures or the current day’s In Play Football Coupon. It’ll be an area that you’re already familiar with in any case I am sure.
You then select the football match that currently interests you and the market for that football match that you wish to make a trade in. So the fixture has an expandable or fold-able view depending on what you want to see.
One thing that I think is very clever about The Geeks Toy, is that when you select the market that you are interested in, the current back and lay odds for that market open up in a separate box. You can then ‘pin’ that box to stay in view on your screen whatever you are doing. So you can then reduce the main Geeks Toy menu, but keep the box in view on whatever you are currently working on / looking at on your computer. The box is small enough to stick up in one of the corners of your screen, so it doesn’t inhibit your work, but is there for you immediately if the need arises for you to use it.
The main screen area of The Geeks Toy gives you access to either ladder or grid or both views, you can use these in the ways as described in the manual. Grid view gives you what you’d expect to see in Betfair itself and ladder view gives you the same market information but in ladder format.
There is also a graph that automatically appears on the left main menu and changes automatically to show you various statistics of the team you currently have your mouse hovering over. This area also gives you loads of facts and figures to show you the movement of money, so you can get some idea as to where the money in that particular market is.
To place a back or lay bet is also very easy, just a click of a button and you can choose whether to go with the current market value, or try to squeeze a few extra points out of it with a cheeky low lay or high back to see whether it’s accepted, before gradually reducing it down to what the market is currently offering. Using this feature you’d be surprised if you’ve only used the main Bet Fair site, how easy it is to get better odds and therefore more profit from a trade – than if you just ‘took’ the current market offering.
The ‘greening up’ button in The Geeks Toy that appears after you’ve made a trade, makes hedging a breeze. Exiting a trade with profit, without having to work out what amounts to back or lay off, as the software does all the hard work for you. The Geeks Toy automatically shows you a figure in Green or Red on several of the screens that you will have open to show your current position. If it’s at a level at which you want to trade out and green up, then you just click the amount and it automatically sorts out the back or lay price that you need to use in order to guarantee that amount of profit – or if the market has moved against you, you can click the figure that appears in red to automatically trade out at a loss amount that is acceptable to you and move on to your next trade.
I am very impressed with The Geeks Toy, the fact that it is free makes it even more impressive. There is of course an option when you load the Bet Fair trading software up, to donate some cash to The Geek as a ‘thank you’ for creating such a wonderful piece of software. This is something I am sure you will want to do as soon as you’ve got used to it and have made a few profitable trades – won’t you?
Give The Geeks Toy try today and see if you like it by clicking The Geeks Toy, the only other thing that you will need to be up and running is a Bet Fair account and if you click Bet Fair you will receive a £25 free bet!

Fairbot
Fairbot is the first betfair trading bot that I have downloaded to trial. For my review of Fairbot, please read below.
Fairbot allows a fully functional free download trial of their betfair trading bot for 15 days; so it’s an offer too good to miss to try out an all singing and dancing betfair trading software without limitations!
There’s a download link on the main Fairbot website giving you various options of how to download the Fairbot betfair trading software. I downloaded Fairbot straight to my desktop and then just clicked to run the software. Fairbot self installs and the instructions on how to do so are very self explanatory.
Once you have installed fairbot, it creates a desktop icon and a start menu icon; so you can find it easily each time you want to trade on betfair. When you click on the icon, you login using your betfair username and password. Fairbot is an authorised app for betfair and is listed in their directory.
I have been using Fairbot now for a few days and for those of us used to using betfair, the interface is easy and intuitive. Fairbot comes with a detailed help menu built in, so if there’s anything that you are unsure of when using Fairbot, then assistance is just a click away.
I also emailed the support / contact address on Fairbot to ask a few questions, and had a reply within a few hours – so if there’s anything that you need further explanation on, then the support for the Fairbot betfair trading software is first class.
On the main Fairbot website, there are also ‘training’ videos that you can watch – the videos start off from a complete beginners point of view and then introduce you to the various functions of the Fairbot betfair trading software that should have you up and running in no time.
There are various options once you login to the Fairbot interface. I basically set the Fairbot betfair trading software up as instructed in the help manual. The only two ‘ticks’ that I have in the top menu of Fairbot are ‘Confirm’ and ‘Confirm Greening Up’.
Of course you can set Fairbot up to your requirements and also enter your usual ‘back’ and ‘lay’ amounts in the boxes provided, so you don’t have to re-enter them each time you decided to enter a trade on the back or lay side.
On the left hand side of the software when Fairbot is loaded up, you will find all the usual markets listed in betfair that you would expect to see. To load up a market it’s basically a case of selecting it in the Fairbot menu and then all the matches will open up for that market. You then choose the match that you want and this is then displayed in the main screen area.
The main screen area of Fairbot gives you access to either ladder or grid view, you can use these in the ways as described in the manual. Grid view gives you what you’d expect to see in Betfair itself and ladder view gives you the same market information but in ladder format.
There is also a graph that automatically appears on the left of each team to show movement of money, so you can get some idea as to where the money in that particular market is. To place a back or lay bet is also very easy, just a click of a button and you can choose whether to go with the current market value, or try to squeeze a few extra points out of it with a cheeky low lay or high back to see whether it’s accepted.
The ‘greening up’ button in Fairbot that appears after you’ve made a trade, makes hedging a breeze. Exiting a trade with profit, without having to work out what amounts to back or lay off, as the software does all the hard work for you. With this option set, you basically make your initial trade and then the software displays in green (hopefully) your profit from that trade if you decide to take it. Or red if it’s too early yet to hedge, or something ‘bad’ has happened in the match and it’s an indication for you to exit and take a loss.
All in all I am very impressed with Fairbot, the 15 day free trial allows you to really kick the tyres with this betfair trading bot to decide whether it’s right for you.
Give Fairbot a try today and see if you like it by clicking Fairbot.

Geeks Toy Affiliate Program
Geeks Toy Affiliate Program
Geeks Toy Affiliate Program is a cheeky little title that I’ve chosen in response to the decision by The Geek to start charging for his wonderful toy.
Currently there’s not an affiliate program connected to the sales of The Geeks Toy, as until yesterday, The Geeks Toy was a free Betfair trading platform that blew other paid versions offered by various companies completely out of the water.
The Geeks Toy was free, now it isn’t. The Geeks Toy was probably the best Betfair trading platform even though it was free, now it is still probably the best even though it’s gone to a paid business model.
But there’s ‘trouble at mill’ over the whole way that the transition of The Geek’s Toy has gone from a free ‘I’m doing this out of the kindness of my heart’ business model, to a ‘you ungrateful scumbags can’t even be bothered to donate a penny, so I’m gonna start charging…’ paid business model.
Now that The Geeks Toy has moved from wonderful free piece of Betfair Trading software magic, to just another paid Betfair trading software; I imagine it won’t be long before The Geek has to add an affiliate program to the wonderful piece of programming that is The Geek’s Toy.
The decision to start charging for the Geeks Toy has got many users and forum members hot under the collar – there’s mixed reaction ranging from the sycophantic, ‘I’d happily give the geek my left testicle, as well as pay for using the toy…’; to the outraged from the home counties view, ‘disgusted, my wife has decided to stop using the internet altogether in protest over this…’!
The problem being with it (and I’m not usually bothered by conspiracy theories), is that over the last couple of weeks The Geek has been muting the fact that he’s been feeling unloved and taken forgranted by users of The Geek’s Toy. Due to this, The Geek set users of the Geek’s Toy and members of The Geek’s Toy forum a task of publicising his fabulous Betfair Trading Software on The Geek’s behalf a couple of weeks back.
Basically users of The Geek’s Toy had a list of targets The Geek had chosen; for mentions of The Geeks Toy on Twitter and Facebook Likes of The Geeks Toy’s Facebook page – as well as getting links and spreading the word about The Geeks Toy by any other means.
Geeks Toy Affiliate Program
The inference was that unless users of The Geek’s Toy started supporting The Geek and his Betfair trading software (hit the targets that The Geek had set for mentions of his toy on these various social media platforms), he would start charging for use of the Betfair trading software at some point in the future.
Now here’s how the conspiracy theory then took potential credence – either The Geek is completely clueless of how the internet works; that by getting all of these likes, links and Twitter followers and mentions on other websites all pointing back to The Geeks Toy, the ‘unfortunate’ and ‘unexpected’ knock on effect, is that The Geek’s Toy will ‘suffer’ a nice little rise in search engine rankings around the keywords that he instructed users of The Geeks Toy to use; or he did know this and that was the plan all along…
Either way, the manner in which it has been managed has upset many users. Many users of The Geeks Toy are feeling duped into helping promote a product on the belief that by doing so it would remain free, that then went paid anyway.
I myself posted a question in The Geeks Toy forum asking whether now the Geeks Toy was a paid Betfair trading platform, consideration had been given about launching an affiliate program. The image accompanying this post about Geeks Toy Affiliate Program is a cut and paste from Google of it’s index, recording the existence of the short life of this forum post – unfortunately it was deleted for some reason from The Geeks Toy forum, after receiving a reply from The Geek that they currently aren’t considering an affiliate program for The Geeks Toy.
I don’t think my forum post asking whether an affiliate program for the Geeks Toy was being considered was offensive. But unfortunately my forum post asking about an affiliate program for The Geeks Toy was removed. It did I think start some decent discussion about the prospect of adding an affiliate program to the Geeks Toy. Although a few of the posts highlighted in my opinion the vast gulf between people who use the internet for ‘fun’ and those who earn a living from the internet… I shall explain;
You see, whilst I may not have much experience with trading sports on Betfair, online marketing is what I do and have been doing for over ten years. I work from home, my job description could be that of ‘online marketer’. The reason I am able to work from home is that in 2004, I along with three other mates launched a now fairly well known online dating site.
This online dating site – like The Geeks Toy, initially and intentionally was operated around a ‘free’ business model. We built up a huge member list, then after about a year went from being a free dating site, to being a paid dating site. I eventually sold my share interest in this online dating site in 2007, which has allowed me to ‘work’ from home ever since.
I have done similar to the above with several other sites that I either own or have / had a share interest in over the last ten years. I currently have a ‘stable’ (that seems about the right word as we are talking about sports trading and horse racing is a big part of that for some users of The Geeks Toy) of over 100 websites operating in a variety of niches. None of these sites apart from this one are in the sports trading niche.
My Football Trading website / blog is just a hobby site for me. Whilst I suppose for someone working in the field that I do, no site can really be described as a hobby site. So admittedly I do SEO it, I do consider the titles of the posts I use, I consider the wording of those posts, and the keywords used… So yes in effect my football trading site is a little more than a usual hobby site that someone without my online experience would create - but actually football trading is what I do in my down time, not what I do for a living.
The problem that The Geeks Toy now faces going from the free business model to the paid business model is that it is completely different. The two cannot be compared. Free means that people cut you some slack, they are grateful. They can’t understand why you’ve done it, so they are extremely grateful! They are in some cases completely sychopantic and ooze love for you in their forum posts and defend you to the hilt if anyone (not me I love the Geeks Toy) should ever say a bad word about it.
They will give you their time and become forum moderators; they may donate some money. They will definitely tell their friends, they may well jump in and help you promote the site in some way, they will be open to the suggestion of adding a Twitter post and liking your Facebook page. They may even (as I have done) include a link to your site in every Football Trading post they have made since discovering your wonderful toy!
But when a product goes from being free to paid, the main difference that users demand is SERVICE. If there’s no service, then you don’t earn any money, or you stop making sales. The other difference is that you will probably now need to employ staff to cope with the hundreds of enquiries you will now get… Stupid questions that could be ignored when you offered a free service, now have to be answered because people have trumped up a few quid and demand service!
As I mentioned on my forum post about the suggestion of launching an affiliate program for the Geeks Toy; once you become a paid service site, no matter what that service is, and no matter how good your service / product is, webmasters who earn a living from their website will expect to receive a revenue share from any referrals / sales made to the site in question directly from their own site. If you charge for something, you have to share the revenue in some way in order to get website traffic.
Now here’s the rub… As a free piece of software, The Geeks Toy beat all competitors hands down. It was as least as good as the paid alternatives and it was free. Webmasters who earn a living from their websites will promote a product that is free and is good, as it adds ‘value’ to their site and their site visitors. As soon as something goes from free to paid, that partnership finishes. Human nature and good business sense (for those managing websites for a living) dictates that any link from their site to another must provide value / revenue in some way to them and their site visitors.
As soon as a free product goes to the paid business model, that goodwill from professional webmaster finishes. The product now has to stand up alongside others in it’s niche that charge in some manner. If you are a webmaster operating a site for profit in the sports trading niche, it therefore stands to reason that you will only link to sites that pay you a revenue share or add value for your site users.
It matters not to the webmaster of the sports trading website whether one product is better than another in the ‘paid environment’. Of course they will measure conversion rates on a profit to click through basis, but that’s about it. Generally they don’t care which is ‘best’. Best to them means the one that has the higher conversion rate and earns them the most money.
This unfortunately is lost on some of the sycophantic members of The Geeks Toy forum. One responded to my forum post along the lines of; ‘…forum members aren’t in this for profit and how could you decide to not tell someone about The Geeks Toy just because you don’t get a financial reward?’ DUH! Now that The Geek himself is in this for profit (and who can blame him, his product is excellent!) it changes everything.
Look at this from a real world analogy if you have trouble understanding it in the online world;
You own a shop, you stock products, you sell those products to customers, you make a profit. But in order to get the customers in some way you have to advertise and therefore in some way you ‘share’ some of the profit you make with the people / companies that you advertise your shop with. Radio, newspapers, tv etc.
Now from an online perspective;
You own a website, you sell a product / provide a service that you charge for, you make a profit. In order to get customers / website visitors you have to advertise your website in some way. Affiliate programs through which you encourage owners of websites in related niches to join and link to your site is just one way that online advertising works. You share a percentage of the profit from sales of your product / service with the owners of the sites that send you visitors who then convert in to paying customers.
Conversely, this is why most sites have a ‘tell a friend’ function or have a forum that tries to build a helpful community around the product in question, or in fact use any other method to drum up site visitors for free; facebook pages, twitter, link building etc. Website owners don’t have to pay for traffic generated using these mediums.
The tell a friend function allows people to auto email their friend list to tell them about the product in question. Of course owners of the sites want you to use this function, they get more users for nothing and a personal recommendation is much better than being sent to a site from another site – the conversion from personal recommendation far out strips that of any other means of advertising both on and off line.
From a forum perspective; a site has forum members, those members post comments / questions and create new threads in the forums. Forum posts in effect build massive amounts of search-able content on the site in question – forums are a great easy way to add content to your site whatever the niche.
Forum posts get indexed by the search engines, users of the search engines search on a specific term / keyword, the search engines deliver result listings that include these forum posts - because they are keyword specific to the search engine users search. The search engine user clicks the link and finds the forum, the search engine user joins the forum, likes the community and then buys the product.
I’m sorry if the above has completely blown away your feelings and belief about the internet being a lovey-dovey community of people wanting to help and do good… Get real and smell the coffee! Something is usually only free as part of a long term goal.
The long term goal could be a variety of things, build a big community and then charge advertisers to advertise to that community in some manner, or advertise affiliate programs and make money from products existing in the niche already, or once it’s reached the predetermined level, sell the site as a going concern to some other business, or once the site has reached a predetermined level (we call it critical mass in the heady world of online marketing) you make the product in question a PAID product!
But as an example, at the beginning of the year, knowing nothing about sports trading, I really had to dig deep in the search results to find The Geeks Toy. Even though it is probably the best and easiest to use Betfair trading platform out there.
Most of the main trafficked sites in the sports trading niche already weren’t linking to the toy as there wasn’t a financial reward. These sites of course linked to other Betfair trading platforms because they got a revenue share from the trading platform in question. This problem will now continue and in fact get worse unless an affiliate program for The Geeks Toy is added. Mark my words…
The internet is all about visitors to sites. A site selling a product in any niche only has two options (apart from Tell A Friend and having a forum) to get traffic to their site; one do it all the SEO online marketing themselves and / or pay for search engine listings and advertise on related sites, or two do the above and run an affiliate program alongside it.
Affiliate programs are good because the owner of the site only pays on results. The other main methods of advertising a site all cost money /or time if doing SEO yourself and cost up front – no matter what the result. The owner of the site therefore has to measure the value of any advertising that they are doing and keep a close eye on their advertising spend’s return of investment.
With an affiliate program, you don’t really have to keep an eye on anything. You usually pay the affiliate a month in arrears and only once a specified payment threshold has been met. The deck is stacked in favour of the site that operates the affiliate program, not in favour of the affiliate. The affiliate has to work hard for their money and often the affiliate program owner in time comes to resent paying these dastardly affiliates… Even though they are actually getting a much better return from them than from any other advertising medium.
No matter how well intentioned current users of The Geeks Toy are and how happy they are with the product, even if they introduce every one they know to The Geeks Toy, the traffic won’t be enough and The Geek will have to consider adding an affiliate program to the Geeks Toy, or advertising the product in some other manner and ‘sharing the profit’ now it has gone to the paid business model.
To be honest though I don’t particularly care either way. The Geeks Toy is a great trading platform and at the price that it’s been set at, it is completely affordable by most people – there’s still a free trial for users who are new to The Geek’s Toy. Use the Geeks Toy and find out for yourself.
However… I’m not stupid and have a fairly huge monthly hosting bill for my various web sites; so as soon as The Geeks Toy launches an affiliate program, I will join it and happily continue to recommend it to people, whilst taking a revenue share (which is rightfully mine now the service is a paid one) for my introductions of new members to the Geeks Toy… I am after all only human!
